'want' Gillian Anderson

To promote Gillian Anderson's book want, Bloomsbury approached us to create an installation which brought the Dear Gillian project from the digital space and into the real world. This confessional-booth-slash-club-toilet-cubicle invited women to anonymously share their intimate fantasies, creating a safe and inviting space for self-expression - just as Gillian did for women across the globe when she put her call out on social media.
The booth featured interactive walls where attendees could read and contribute their desires, creating a sense of community and connection. We’ve taken the booth on tour, having popped up at WOW Festival, The Women’s Prize and the Southbank Centre.
A beautiful, moving and inspiring project that we loved facilitating!
